A Bed & Breakfast in an 18th century farmhouse
Valpane is an ancient farmhouse from the late 18th century with a closed courtyard located in the heart of Monferrato Casalese.
Overlooking the large internal courtyard there is the manor house, with a small tower and clock, arcades, the old stables and the farmhouse. This is where the Bed & Breakfast is, an apartment composed of a large living room with a conversation area next to the fireplace, three bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom; both the living room and the bedrooms are furnished with period furniture.
Prices and Services
The daily price, per person for adults, including overnight stay and breakfast, is
€ 30.00 (from 01-06 to 30-09) for each adult;
€ 35.00 (from 01-04 to 31-05; from 01-10 to 31-12) for each adult;
€ 15.00 per child, for children from 3 to 12 years of age.

ANIMALS:
We love pets (and not only!) - We kindly ask you to tell us when booking the breed of your pet.
For them we require € 30.00 as a contribution for the disinfection of the rooms.
EDUCATIONAL FARM:
Valpane winery is an agricultural farm suitably equipped and prepared to welcome schools, groups, families and all those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the rural world.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Deposit payment at the time of booking equal to 30% of the entire amount, through:

Alternatively, we can accept a credit card as a guarantee of the reservation
(the card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation without notice)
Postal order
Balance of the stay is done upon arrival.
We only accept payments in cash or with credit cards (sorry, but we do not accept Diners or American Express).
